    Default Caspian Tern?

Is this a Caspian Tern? Taken today in Crest Hill, IL, 30 miles southwest of Chicago. I have never seen any kind of tern at our subdivision lake before. The black legs and the black under the wings fits the description of a Caspian Tern as well as the thick bill, but the bill does not have a black tip. Is it a Caspian Tern?

The massive bill and the black under-primaries are diagnostic of Caspian Tern.
