Theme: A Tear in the Aorta
Well not really. It started out as a palm frond, following along the theme of Dave's Flip Art, which was mostly done with critters and the occasional human. Not sure if it is off the wall enough, but it was fun. Lots of flipping and twirling on this one and I think Dave would have like the title.
I've always been a fan of these twirly, flippy images..I think one of mine once won image of the week. The lines and patterns are compelling and keep the viewers attention. Very nice.
Great patterns, and the complementary colors really work. There's a lot going on, and Paul's right -- it certainly keeps one's attention.
Fascinating use of color and pattern. Has a Ying and Yang balanced feeling to it. Even though it's fine as is, I'd play with a diagonal in the frame- I could see this being used as a corporate or website logo backdrop.

Hi, Jackie, great for the theme! I love the complimentary colors and all the opposing lines and twirls. I get a sense of the Yin and Yang also and it's nice

Wow Jackie, you get a gold star for figuring out how to do that!! I would have gotten confused I'm sure. Love the palm frond and the overall design is very interesting.
This is one of my favorite flips. Of course, the colors are just right--green and red. Love the curves.
