Default Romantic full moon from London Eye

Romantic full moon as seen from London Eye by dcstep, on Flickr

This is one of my favorite travel images, made more difficult because I was not allowed to bring my monopod on board. I had to get close to the glass to control internal reflections and brace myself against the sides to hold the 5D MkII steady enough.

Cool night scene. Wish you could see more moon. Well done in a difficult situation.

David - I've looked at this a few times but I still have the same feeling as my initial reaction. It's not really working for me because of the very bright white lights/supports in the lrc. I also wish for more of the moon visible. I do like the way the other capsule looks and you can see the reflection of the city in its windows. Sorry, just my $.02.

    TFS,
    Rachel

Hi David, I too have looked at this one a couple of times and have similar thoughts as Rachel. Perhaps toning down the bright whites and darkening the sky would help.
