    Sharp in flight shot Allen and sits in the frame well, would be nice to see the other wing clearer but overall nicely done ...never easy in these fleeting moments

    Sharp photo of a tough subject.
    I would be very happy with this.
    It is just angled a way a bit, but a fine flight shot.

    Looks pretty good - I never had a lot of luck with the 300/f4 and a 1.4x converter so you did really well to get a sharp shot. Did you darken the water BG behind? I might lighten it a little and let the bird's colours show a bit more?

    Unlike their larger cousins, it's tough to catch these little herons in flight. You did a nice job of it. I just wish he was turned a bit toward you.

    Nice view of this heron and lovely colors and details. I am seeing a slight green cast. I moved the magenta scale in color balance 5 points and it looks great.
