    Very cool image, Alan. Those tremendous talons show up well with this composition, and I like them surrounded by water and accented with feathers.

    Alan, How big crop is this? D800 definitely offers great cropping ability...Excellent image showing the mighty talons...

    excellent close up view of talons! very dynamic. I see noise on the feathers, unusual at very low ISO.
