Canon 70 - 200 mm F4 IS lens Serial Number

Hi, I have just bought the Canon 70 - 200 mm IS F4 L lens and here in the UK at the moment you can claim £80 cashback. I need to fill in an online form and provide the lens serial number. Im unsure where to find this. The box on the online form has ten digits. The box on the end has a 10 digit number which I entered but Canon say this is not the serial number. On the end of the lens barrel there are two numbers stamped that are not ten digits. Can someone please help and advise me where the lens serial number is or provide a photo showing where it is? Thanks
