    Anjeev,

I think firstly and most obviously it needs some CCW rotation to level the horizon or rather the dark strip of grass around 0.5 seems to do the trick The easiest way to do this if you have PS is to go to view, then show then grid.
To my eyes and on my screen the Ostrich seems a little "sunburned" i.e the skin in the neck and legs seems a bit too red, there are many ways you could chose to reduce this, I would firstly try adjusting by selective colour.

Hi Sanjeev, good assessment and suggestions by Ken. I might be tempted to clone out that one tree or bush on the horizon just above the bill if you are so inclined. A neat trick in PS for leveling is to use the ruler tool. Draw a line, either vertically or horizontally, along a feature (like the horizon) that represents what should be level. Then go to "Image | Image Rotation | Arbitrary" and you will see a correction angle that PS has computed for you. Just click OK and the rotation will be done.
