Hi folks ... went for a shorter visit to the same location , where I captured the Godwits .
Early morning was not as good as previous time , sun
Even the "drab" birds look great in these flowering trees. These flowers only last a couple of weeks, so one has to make it a point to go there

Hi folks ... this time a very cautious adult Godwit , as I think they had chicks in the high grass . Have not seen them ... but they behaved the same
