Volkan, I like the simplicity in your composition. The background is nice and smooth.

Nice detail on the subject and the wind blown feathers add a little character. However, I find myself wishing for more of a head turn to the right so we see more of the eye and beak profile.

Is this a young version of the species?

    Very nice.
I like the simple perch and nice BG.
Crop feels a bit off to me and I would put the bird on the left side of the frame,

I agree with Gail, I think this would look better on the left side of the frame (not sure you have the room).

Agree with the comments so far. For me the head looks a little soft and there is too much empty space in the composition.

Love the background, isolation and perch. Not thrilled about the head angle. I'm with Brian, this looks like a ratty feathered juvenile...normally deletes for me.

Nicely processed, I think a portrait crop may look better.

Hi Volkan, super little image, looks like you have been really getting to grips with things. Killer backdrop, but agree the subject needs to be more to the left. Might just slightly open it up a fraction and add some Saturation just to bring a little life into the colours, adding canvas to the RHS is easy, then re crop.

    Well done.

Killer background. Nice to see a little bit of a hair do going on. Sharp with a good exposure.
