Harshad I really like your picture - such a pretty bird and your photograph does it justice - sharp, clean background, good colours and an awesome lively eye.

Best of series for me too - and the rest were of the highest standard! Details are incredible for that shutter speed.

If I had an image like this in the viewfinder, I'd sure hope I could pull it off this well. Great sharpness, BG, perch, etc. Thx for sharing a fine image.

Do not understand this Sid ( Poor English)
Bird is very shy and offers very very few chances , So I have to accept him even at 1/10 :)

    Harshad,

    My apologies...

" I like to live dangerously" is a famous quote from film charecter Austin Powers. It is often used if someone is taking a very big chance.

At 1/20 of a sec even though the birds is sitting stand still there might be a chance of wind hitting the ruffed up feathers on the head and make image look little soft. I would have kicked up ISO to 800 to gain some shutter speed to be on the safe side.

Also, I completely agree with you on good image quality at ISO 200 compared to ISO 800.

    Sid ,
I should say sorry , I could not get you
I made some images at 800 ISO but that has noise , very difficult to remove noise from subject , atleast for me
so made some images at 400, 200, 100,
at 100 it was a trash, But I found this good enough to present,
I have made this after creating some good shots at higher ISO's
    I have 20+ images at 200 ISO , only 3 or 4 are keepers

Some times " I like to live dangerously"

Thanks a ton for famous quote

    Can I have one?

Lovely bird and image. Amazingly sharp for 1/20! I only wish the shooting angle were not so steep.
