    Default Great Grey Owl

This image is from a couple of years ago in Ottawa where I had a great opportunity to photograph these magnificent owls with Daniel Cadieux. We had fun and lots of great images.

Like it? That's an understatement. It's simply magnificent: the front-on view, wing position, small blur on the wing tips, the flecks of snow (presumably?), superb background...

    Hi Arash,
Trust you had a great time and this one confirm that you also took some great images!
Fantastic wing position and expression in the - as usual - sharp eyes.

I've seen lots of your shots from this series and as always this hits the mark beautifully - difficult to see how you could improve on it, the wing position suits the pose and of course the eyes are totally mesmerising. The snowdrops only add to the atmosphere.

The head on flight position works wells here. Love those eyes and the snow.

Well I think this is one of your best great grey owl flight shots Arash. It has just about everything including awesome Wing position, great eye contact, nice background and the snow adds even more drama. You might consider printing that one.
