I was specially waiting for this one. By the time I got there and started focus, the bird heard "something"... and flew away. Just in time to whet my appetite when I looked at the colors on the bird flying away. Really sweet! The perfect good bye, don't you think?

I'd agree with Sid, I think it would be stronger without the horizon and sky. Would still give room for the magazine banner Amazing the way the colour is retained in the water despite the flash lighting up the bird.

Man, was I kicking myself for not following you sooner... Now I am kicking even harder! I love everything about tis iamge, except, you guessed it, the bird's is facing ever-so-slightly slightly away from you... I do not mind the horizon but it looks as if it needs a bit of cw rotation. Does your ethics committe allow rotation?
