Here is another perspective of El Capitan at the Yosemite NP... I had posted a similar image almost a year ago from a different viewpoint. I used Topaz Detail and few adjustment layers to get the final effect. Hope you like it...

Indranil, I think this image and Jackie's last one alone will make this week very hard for me to judge. The lighting is simply outstanding! I also love the composition and colors. Very nicely done!

Very nice Indranil! I love the play of light on the monolith, the nice warm colors, and the clouds resting on the top. I would probably clone out those little bits of tree against the sky on the right. Well done sir!

I like this a lot too Indranil. Yosemite is so majestic. I like the quality of the light and the shadow of the cloud on El Cap. Just might clone out branches on the right as well.

Indranil, this post and Jackie's are two home runs! I love the lighting and the detail you achieved with Topaz. Very beautiful image.

Thanks you... appreciate all the feedback. Here is a repost after removing the branches on the right.

The lighting IS beautiful, Indranil and the composition really works to bring out the drama. I'm just not sure I'm buying into the color of the sky. It feels a bit fake whereas everything else feels very realistic.
