My First

Okay, this is my first post in Out of the Box, but after seeing the results from Artie's
competition, I had to try it.

Its just a Snowy Egret using Fractalius.

Hi Doug and welcome to OOTB. Great first post. I could only recommend that you use a layer mask and reveal the original eye detail a little to draw the viewer in more. Nice work!

Thanks. I have others where I've brought out the eye. But there's something about this one that gives
a spooky feeling that I kinda like.

Welcome to the forum..and a good base image with that "Other Worldly" look of Fractalius applied...Denise makes a good point about the eye, but I understand your comment about vision...we all share that here!

Doug....welcome! You might consider a glow filter from color efex to enhance even more the spooky look....Just a thought!
