    Hi U all
Taken this at Giants Castle 2 weeks ago. To get this massive 2.5m+ bird in the frame and in focus (I think in focus) was on easy task. The easy part is that they land verry slowly
I removed a few dark patches from the bg ,trees down the vally made a small+- 10% corp and sharpend the bird.

What an awesome pose. Love the colors and sharpness of this image. If you have any space and since he is landing, I might considering trying for a tad more room on the bottom and less on top so you can really feel that he is coming in for a landing. Well done.

What a beautiful bird and what a shot to show it off. Love the light and sharpness of this shot. That catchlight in the eye is pretty awesome. I like Marina's suggestions, I would also add some space in the front but that is a minor nit. Pretty impressive shot overall.

Hi Johan, looks like everyone's been to GC except me. Tack sharp detail throughout the vulture, and I like the landing pose. Im glad you have left some FG in the LLC - balances the comp, and something for the vulture to land onto. Killer light and BG. Well captured.

Beautiful shot excellent pose and details - first class capture.
One small reservation, there is a sharpening halo around the perimeter of the bird (most easily spotted on the feet).

Great image. Your depth of field choice seems ideal. Others above already echo my thoughts on the post processing. Well done.

Giants Castle delivers so many times. those sweeping hills in the BG really make a nice difference. loved the incoming angle and the landing-gear down pose. Well done.
