Default Juvenile Red winged Black Bird

    HI,

I thought the back feathers also provide a good contrastif not as colorful as the front. Does this work for you?

C&C always welcome requested and appreciated.

Very nice light, also great colours in the background.

The pose works well, as does the beautiful BG (although I'd run some NR to it). I find the subject a bit large in the frame too, and I'd lessen the contrast a tad.

Hi Amol, good look back pose, well exposed on the dark plumage, and I agree with Dan to reduce the contrast. Your BG is very nice, and I would try a version by cropping to a vertical, and having a little more space below if you have.

Amol, great colors in the BG. Nice look back pose. some more space wouldn't hurt...as Dan said.

critical focus seems to be on the back rather than the eye. With bird with its back towards you, always better to stop down a bit. But looks like, light was low.
