    Took this the other morning,the bird looked mad,but its stood on one leg,so I presume its chilled,cannon500mm IS L USM,700MM FL,TRIPOD,ISO800,F5.6,1/250S.croped,sharpened a touch,reduced noise in BG.comments good or bad,thankyou.

    He certainly looks right grumpy Chris!

    nice BG and rock is what it is, perhaps could do with brightening a little though thats just fussy

    I don't think he wanted his picture taken. Cool expression and pose, nice bg. Could tone down a couple of the brightest spots in the bg.

    I like that he in on a perch with the same colours as his feathers - all of them are in both the bird and the perch.

    I love the grumpy down-the-barrel look! Very nice perch, and an OK background (but agree in toning down the few brighter highlights there). Could you have moved right to clear the subject from the rock behind it?

    I could have Daniel,but there was some more rocks,and the bird was a bit jittery,this sight is a disused quarry,agree on toning down the BG rocks,thanks.
