You did very well in relatively harsh light. I like the off-centered COMP, the sharpness, and the head angle. As the light seems to be from the right, you might try selectively lightening the face mask, the neck, and the left side of the bird. Lots of fill flash often helps in these bright situations. Overall, well done.
