Arno, what a shot you got here. Giants Castle rocks for sure...the light, the shooting angle, light angle, moment, details, DOF, BG...everything is superb here. wouldn't touch a thing. this image screams 'Africa' to me.

Hi Sid, Thanks for the comments.
Sorry ,I should have given some more background . This venue is a vulture restaurant ,where bones ( sometimes whole carcasses ) are put out for the birds.
The jackals are well aware of this and often steal bones from the vultures ,generating quite interesting conflict scenarios. Apart from the occasional nip from the vultures there is normally very little physical contact between jackal and bird.
Fortunately most bones were to the left , on the rocks and out of frame.
