    Default Time Lapse Question

Anyone had any luck shooting time lapse via SLR stills during a sunrise or sunset? I would love to be able to do this in Tv or Av mode to keep up with the exposure change and see more of the sunset/sunrise but it doesn't seem possible. Aperture flicker could be eliminated shooting wide open, or use the DOF preview/lens release button trick. I also believe shutter flicker can be eliminated using a 10-stop ND filter- a longer shutter speed would minimize the effect of shutter flicker to where I wouldn't think it would be noticeable. But I still can't find a way to make this all come together.
