    Default Red Bill Teal Takeoff

    The sky was totally overcast at 6am one morning , except where the sun rose , giving
    dramatic lighting conditions (the background is water) .

    Canon 1d mk 2 , 700mm , f5.6 , 1/2000 sec , iso 400 .

    Sharp, perfect EXP and COMP (maybe a bit off the bottom), dramatic lighting, plus my favorite wing position. If it were mine I would get rid of the odd feather on the neck, the 2nd highlight in the front part of the eye, and the specular highlight on the bill. The upper BKGR looks a bit posterized... Not sure why.

    Thanks for comments and suggestions Arthur, bkgr was a bit grainy and i attempted to remove it
    with the blur tool (maybe not the best choice) .
