    This is the time of the year in the Sierra for these saprophytes to pop up. We found some beauties this weekend in Nevada County, CA

    Bob, I like the placement and colors of the Snow plant. The foreground OOF leaves are a bit of a distraction for me.

    Hi Dan. Nice colors and comp. I would agree with Jay about the OOF leaves in front of the snow plant.

    Hey Dan, this looks like a great subject but those OOF leaves are grabbing all the attention. If you could have bent that one stem in front of the flower out of the way, I think you would have had a beautiful capture.
