    Sanjeev,

    The opportunities here are composition or subject placement and light. I would crop from the bottom for a cleaner edge - notice the distracting lights on the bottom border and the lower right hand corner contains a triangle. Try this, take a piece of paper and move it around the screen until you find the best position to display the subject - then crop as needed. I would consider moving the subject to the right it is too centered IMO.

    Remember you are shooting the light not a subject the sweet spot of the subject is in shadows and without flash the eye and lens facing areas are in the dark,...now if the intent was to show the eye against a dark background then ok. Either was the image has hot pixels meaning there was clipping on the histogram. Always set the exposure for the bright areas first and check the histogram or turn on blinkies to display hot areas where image detail can be lost and make the needed adjustments. I like what you are trying to do here, stay with it and please tell us more about the shooting mode and lighting conditions/time of day - thanks keep em coming.
