    Pretty bird with a nice perch and BG. The angle is a little steep, and I wish the dappled sunlight were illuminating the head a little better.

    High angle yes, however sadly this is usually the way birds present themselves , lots of fine detail in this and I rather like the interesting leaves on the perch

    As per Doug the steep angle and dappled light weaken the image. I do love the colours, perch, and sharpness.
