    Greaet blacks, pose, background and sharpness. Wish you had made use of the full allowed size to be able to enjoy it better :)

    Thanks Fabs for the comments and the reminder. I posted the smaller image out of habit and easy math. Did a quick resized version.

    Excellent exposure of the black, very good detail, nice head angle. I see a wide lighter halo around the bird - likely from processing (shadows/highlights?). Background is quite noisy - easily correctable with some noise filter or simple blurring.

    Ditto Dieter on all counts. (And it is rare that I see the halo but here it is large.) I love the look and the soft light of this one.
