Northwest Beach, Point Pelee NP last month. As the sun dropped toward Lake Erie, it lit this fellow up like a beacon. This is the last of my spring warbler series, unless I get lucky with the few locally breeding species, which have been elusive. C&C appreciated.
Bill, this is simply stunning. The bird is perfect in color, details, head angle. Love the blue background and the perch looks like a wonderful canopy. I'd work on the bright spot in the blue behind the bird simply so nothing takes one's eye away from the center of attraction. I congratulate you on this creation.
Hi Bill, just love the canopy of foliage over the warbler - nicely rounded too. Striking yellows on the warbler, good pose and HA, overall sharp, and he does pop from the blue BG.
I like this alot. Great colours, and the framing by the branches and foliage above is really neat. Nice light too, and I the little shadows of the claws on the perch look great!
Great look at this guy. Never did make it up to Pelee this year. I like the tree canopy over this guy as it gives a bit of seclusiveness to it. Warbler really pops against that BG.
