I really like the pose and position of the feet. I wish the far wing wasn't in shadow but that is a minor nit.
The detail on the near wing and slight iridescence of the black feathers is very nice.
I would tone down or clone out the 2 dark blotches in the water on left side.
    Exposure and comp are excellent,
    Gail

Very nice pose Arash but I find the most appealing part are the crossed legs! Very nice!

Excellent Arash, I wouldn't change a thing. Super pose and detail in the plumage is very good indeed.

Excellent dancing pose, I too love the crossed legs. I agree about the two dark blotches at left, and the far wing, and I'd also look into enhancing the red iris. All else is fantastic, great IQ, and the two subtle ripples in the water where the feet were is a neat touch!

Hi Arash, you seem to nail the sharpness so well in all your images, and I like how the pink legs pop with colour.

thanks guys, I raised the shadows on the far wing and cloned the spots.
As for iris enhancing it will make the bird look unnatural.

    here is the repost

Yep, repost looks better! As for the eye, that's OK...I've never seen this species in real life but just thought the red iris was vivid like a loon's.

Both are great, I actually prefer the first image as it seems a little "easier on the eyes" for lack of a better way to say it. Nice exposures on the darks and lights. One thing look for in BNS shots is the touch of red in the eye that you captured nicely.

Superb! Interestingly I prefer the OP with those two dark blothes which I feel give the image some more depth.
