    Caught these three having a siesta in the afternoon, went for the middle one as I think it works, thoughts welcome, I am sure he is keeping watch whilst the other two snooze

    An interesting design idea. For me, the biggest issue here is your harsh light and the angle of it. Their eyes look very flat, no light in them at all. The highlights are quite distracting. But, I think it's an interesting idea and I hope you work on this again.

    when you say highlights do you mean the sparkles in the water ?

    David, Grace covered what I'd have said. Idea is good but there are other major issues. angle is a bit steep as well but not much you can do...lower would have obstructed the view.
