Great action shot, the quail look a little bright to me. That looks like a sticky place to be fighting.

Excellent interaction and light good perch too but I must say it doesn't have your usual IQ. heads look over sharpened.

great action shot.
the details are right, the photo probably is a little bit overexposed.
some withe are burned.
Interesting feedback. The original D800 file is tack sharp and not over exposed. Something is getting jacked up on my down sizing and sharpening. I probably need to take another look at processing a 36 MP files in CS6 in a differant way. Thanks guys.
It does look a little bright, but it is a very nice shot. If you end up changing the export process would you please post the settings, I also just switched to the D800 and am learning how to best process the files.

Neat behavior captured Alan. Really interesting perch
Great interaction well captured, Alan !! As regards the sharpness deterioration when reduced to web use has plagued me with Canon 7D images and then and it most problematic when I have near full frame and also with large 30-60mb crops. It causes me grief when one starts with a sharp image and it is lost in original. I would welcome your advice on this, please?
Best regards
