    Taken at the Alligator Farm a few days ago. This is almost full frame, I cropped some from the right. Wondering if it's too tight, too many leave, other? All comments welcome.

    Canon 40D, Canon 100-400 mm zoom at 400. 1/1000, f/7.1.

    Hi Cindy, I like this shot very much and the fact you cropped from the right. Do wish there was a shade more room on the left. I can feel your issue with the leaves so close to the beak, but this is habitat... not a studio, and you captured a great arrival scene!

    Nice pose and light but a bit tight in the frame. Was the other bird sitting on the nest?

    Classic SAAF image, well done, but as you state, a bit too tight.
    Excellent detail on the bird :)
