I like the background landscape but I feel that the birds are a little bold for the soft background. But that seascape is beautiful.

That's an interesting and cool effect you applied, I like the texture. I think the bright spot in the middle of the frame is distracting. I also would prefer no merge of the birds. Either one bird or separating, in my opinion, would strengthen this image. TFS

Hi, Mitch. I think separating the grackles is a good idea although I like their interaction. Also I agree on the bright reflection in the water being toned down a bit.
