    This frisky little fellow was standing his ground with his lady friend, who was to the rear of his tail, and would not move...:eek: Well guess what?:eek: The lady bird was cloned into Never Never Land...:D
    I painted Mr. Bird with a Nikon D70s using a Nikkor 300mm f/4D with a 1.4 T/C
    focal length @ 420mm / exposure mode @ manual / matrix metering / 1/800sec - f/8
    exposure comp @ 0EV / ISO @ 400 / white balance @ auto / AF Mode @ AF-C
    color mode set @ sRGB / tone comp @ 0 / hue adjustment @ 0 / saturation factor @ normal
    no flash / no tripod /

    Comments greatly appreciated...:D

    that's some nice PS skills there!! i like the far away look. just wished it was on a more natural perch!!:eek: :D

    Hi Gus the PS work looks good Would tone down the blue Just de-saturate a bit The bird looks good well exposed and good head angle Just sitting high Pointing at such a steep angle will detract from the image

    You can back up and photograph at maximum focal length It will flatten the angle I like the clearly visible eye A sure sing of good exposure !!!

    I love the way the angle of the bird mirrors the angle of the "perch." Sweet composition!
