    Default Yet another Bluebird... this time it's the male

    Taken last week in late afternoon light.

    Silkypix RAW converter and Elements 10 for processing. Slight level adjustment and toned down blue and yellow saturations.
    NR with Noise Ninja on background only.

    Canon 7D | Canon 400mm f5.6 lens | f5.6 | 1/1000 sec | ISO 400 | manual mode

    What a great BG! This would look awesome as a vertical as well.If you prefer it as a horizontal I would crop a bit tighter on left and top.

    Nice Blue bird, I do like the BG and the detail, agree with gail abaut croping.

    Hi Ramon, just love these bluebirds, and you have captured this in lovely soft light. Good colours, detail, and the BG is a killer. Im sure Gail meant cropping from the right, leaving more space on the left to look into.

    Good crop suggestions already. The bird is exposed perfectly and the detail is spot on. I love the BG.

    Beautiful bird, perch, background. I agree about cropping from the RIGHT, and I could see some deeper blacks added to the image. Very well done.
