Cheryl, this is beautifully thought out...the arrangement, the use of the light table for back-lighting, the processing and subtle coloring....this would make a beautiful large print on canvas, or a gorgeous notecard...so many possibilities... and you knew the name of your flower, unlike one particular photographer today who shall go unmentioned!

I really like this, Cheryl. The range in blues is wonderful, and I'm sure you worked some magic with the light box. (I'm a great fan of back lighting, and a previous posting of yours made me investigate light boxes. Now, I'm going to have to look into it, again.) As I looked at the image, I wondered if a bit more room between the petals and the bounds of the blue background would be a good, so I tried it out. The little bit of additional space made it look even better in my opinion -- perhaps because the eye could move more easily around the flowers.

I'm a newbie to this site (Thanks, Jay) and have no real experience or expertise in this type of photography but I know a beautiful image when I see one and this is a beautiful image. Thanks for sharing.
