    Default Subtle Approach

A tulip image I hadn't processed before now...took a slightly different approach after the basic processing was done, apply Sketch 2 from Fractalius on a layer at 35% opacity and then adjusting the saturation to bring a bit more of the color tone back.

    John, Tulip?

The lighting is fabulous in this image. It highlights the subtle textures and folds in the petals. Beautiful use of Frac, understated, and just enough to add to the textures and flow of the image design. Well composed. I wouldn't change a thing. Excellent. Now, say awe!

Gorgeous tones and I love the processing. The subtle fract tops this off very well.

John, I think this is my new favorite of your Iris images (or is it really a tulip?). The lighting is gorgeous and I love the subtle colors and shading. Beautifully done

Well, color me red...I will write 100 times...it is an Iris, not a tulip. Not sure where my mind was! Thank you for the comments...and for overlooking my obvious brain glitch!

Wonderful color, texture, and lighting, John. Those shadows show off the depth and contours beautifully.

Wonderful. The color, the lighting, the shadows, the textures are so well done it makes it seem like you could touch it.
