    Lots of these guys eating the bugs at Bombay Hook De. He kept returning to his perch for over 30 minutes while he dined.

    I like this, Bob. The BG is nicely blurred and the bird is sharp. I would be tempted to give him a touch more room behind his tail and a little less room in front.

    Beautiful--love the composition! Detail and sharpness look good, and the perch with the vine is great!

    Bob,

    Lots to like here, I like the background it is a bit distracting but something about it attracts me,..might smooth it a bit especially the right hand side. The bird is beautiful and you did well not blocking the dark colors - looks like the histogram is well balanced. Assume this was a tripod shot, maybe not but the image has nice detail with a regal pose and shows the bird in good light. Exposure looks good, light looks good, nice HA with solid feather detail - well done Bob - keep em coming.

    Hi Bob, nice capture here. A slight head turn would have made for a better head angle but other than that you have a very nice image. I don't think you need as much room on the right as you have, would consider cropping some of it away.
