This is one of the Rose-breasted Grossbeak that visted my backyard on 5/23/12. I like this one and thought you might as well. I removed a couple of offending branches in the bottom of the image and removed most of the green cast on the belly of the bird in PP. The shooting data is as follows:
    Camera Info
    Device: Nikon D4
    Lens: VR 600mm f/4G
    Focal Length: 600mm
    Focus Mode: AF-C
    AF-Area Mode: Dynamic
    VR: OFF
    AF Fine Tune: OFF
    Exposure
    Aperture: f/5.6
    Shutter Speed: 1/800s
    Exposure Mode: Manual
    Exposure Comp.: 0EV
    Exposure Tuning:
    Metering: Matrix
    ISO Sensitivity: ISO 800

Any thoughts you have on the image will be greatly appreciated.

nice looking specie, good details. Perch is not the best and the leaves are a bit distracting, especially the blown highlights. There are many clone artifacts in the BG and overall has a strong green cast.

This could be very nice if you fixed the cloning artifacts in the BG and burned the highlights in the leaves,

Light was a bit harsh, but you did what you could. Leave it to your ethics to make the corrections previously mentioned. It does seem cropped a bit tightly and over sharpened.

repost fixed the color cast and most clone artifacts except for those at the right edge. the blacks have become a bit noisy and oversharpeend though. I would just remove the cast from orig w/o touching the blacks
