    Default Fledgling in Tile

This image was taken on our first visit to Ft Desoto, this past week. The Fledgling on the nest outside the fort parking lot was being encouraged by his parents, who were cheering on from the top of the next power pole, to leave the nest. He tried, but didn't succeed on this attempt. As we left, the parents flew back to the nest and appeared to consol him. There is always a next time!

Modification in CS4 included; Accent Edges, Tiles, along with other normal PS image adjustments.

    Enjoy!

Interesting composition, Mark. I like your approach of using the tile effect It's a tough call with the harsh light but your narrative and the tile changed the perspective... certainly OOTB!

Great story, Mark. The tile effect works!

Thanks Cheryl and Indranil for viewing and comments.

Unfortunately the time was not mine to choose. This was in harsh light as you note, but it's one of those images and experiences that you take when you get it and enjoy for what it was.

Mark, I like the creative work you did here. I might evict the halo around the face and bil if it were mine.
