I have been away for a while and finally have the opportunity to post an image... This is from last year taken at Venice, FL during Artie's IPT. For processing, I used multiple layers of fract with different settings and then used masks to paint over and create the effect. Hope you like it...

Beautiful job with the fract. Lovely - just elegant.

BTW, I believe it's a great egret, not a snowy.

Very nice image and application, Indranil.

Nice Fract effect and lighting of the egret.

Very nice, Indranil, like the pose you captured and elegant composition. The fract treatment with light glow is a great touch.

Indranil, there is so much to like in this image..the sparse, brilliantly lit elements of the next...the graceful, sweeping lines of the plumage and pose...the glow, the bright green of the lores...the one thing I might do is brush back in just a bit more detail around the head, but that's a matter of personal taste. This is really well done!
