    Default The Juv little Grebe

    Attached Images Attached Images

This is a Juvenile little grebe, quite tough to deal with as they dive down into the water at any hint of danger.

    1/4000, F 7.1, ISO 800

    Mk4+500mm+1.4 TC using tripod.

    Regards,

    Kiran.

Very nice IQ; the bird pops out from the water and BG. Nice low angle...did you use a hide for this?

Beautiful. I know how tough grebes are to photograph, and you not only captured him but did so with a stunning image. Love the light, low angle, HA and silky smooth water. Nicely done, Kiran.

Beautiful! Love how that low angle gives the water a silky smooth look. This is truly an outstanding image! Why 1/4000 at ISO 800?
