    I would normally find it great to have three different species in one frame, but I think both the egret and the heron are distractions here. Firstly because of their softness, and secondly because of their proximity the the spoonbill...they are all cramped up together. On a positive side, the spoonbill looks great, perfect wing position and the open bill is good! :-)

    Agree with Daniel. Image would benefit from a little CW rotation as well.

    Hello Bill,

    You already have very good comments. I also think the image looks washed out. I would try curves to bring the darks out.

    Sounds like I have problems on my hands with this image. I thought a focused bird in foreground with oof birds in background was fine. I agree that the image looks washed out and it is mostly shown here with not much PS done to it. I am happy to have the suggestions and honest critiques on this but I wont retry to post a newer copy of this. Thanks much for your suggestions, bf

    Hi Dave, glad to see you here. This one was from a couple of days ago at the same place. Had a good morning with lots of in flight birds, low, high, medium, slow, fast and supersonic speeds
