    This was taken in Cape Town very late afternoon ( 6.56pm ) as the sun only sets around 8'o clock in December. I liked the determined expression on the cormorants face as he flew past me.

    I like the full downstroke, flared primaries,intricate detail on wings,water.

    Bit tight for such a high action frame!

    Hi Stuart,
    I like the full down wing position and the colors in the water. I like the composition as well. The partially open beak is nice as well. Good details in the wings,

    Lovely light and not a easy bird to get a nice flight image of. Good colors, few hot spots on the neck but not a major...Nice one mate!

    Like how you got so much detail in those black wings. A bit more NR required though? Nice reflections in the water.
