    Hi Guys,

    Here's a three hatch of the family life of Great Spotted Woodpeckers i have been working on recently..

    As presented the images are too small IMHO.I would have preferred to see only one image in a proper size in order to be able to comment.

    I agree with Ofer. The right-hand image, in particular, looks stunning, but I'd like to see it at 800px.

    I agree with Ofer, In this size I prefer the third one.

    Third is definitely the best one. Love that BG. May we assume this is a set up? It sure looks like a nice one.

    Hi Guys,

    Thank you very much for your comments so far.
    I will post the RHS image here as that seems to be the preferred one.

    This is not a set-up by the way but a natural nesting hole where i have placed my hide.

    Hi Jeroen, I like this very much. The tree has a nice texture and the background is ideal. Position of the adult bird is perfect and there is food as well. You must be working in quite low light with the relatively low shutter speed. But it seems to be working!
