This majestic species did not disappoint in my trip to the southern jungles of Rajiv Gandhi NP , Nagarhole . The light was bad and I had to ensure nobody in the jeep took as much as a breath to get this sharp . In the end , we all made it alive ;) . Camera : Canon 1D MKIII
    Lens : 600mm f4 IS
    Shutters : 1/60
    Aperture : f 6.3
    Speed : ISO 800

    Cheers, Rakesh

Hi Rakesh, excellent detail and sharpness for your slow ss, good DOF, and with a good look back pose too. The eagle is separated nicely from the distant BG, and if anything, I would maybe remove the curled twig URC.

    Hey Rakesh,
Agree with Stuarts recommendation of removal.....if yo uare OK with such things but all in all....very nicely done and isolated. BG works pretty well too.....just might smmoth out/tone down the brighter yellowish area a touch more too!

Rakesh, amazing sharpness at the SS. my favorite raptor from back home. Nice BG and head turn. loved this one a lot.

my suggestions would be (a) to crop some from bottom and have some more at the top (b) and a bit warmer WB. both might be personal preference.
