One of those"there at the right time" images. From Galveston Texas. Still going through the 3500 plus images from that trip.

Good timing Joe! I like how the empty space in between the two perches gives the leap purpose. Pretty good sharpness, although a little crispy in places. Would have liked a bit more eye contact, but on the other hand the bird is looking at the landing zone.

I like everything about this one Joe, except for some sharpening issues in the shadow under the wing. Probably an easy fix. Amazing how much wing blur your still got at 1/2500. Which camera body did you use?

Lovely pose , BG and colors. The critical sharpness is lacking for me and the noise under the wing needs a bit of attention. TFS Joe!

Hi Joe, love the 'walking' pose in mid air, extended leg, and the yellows look good. Geat BG too. I have to agree with regards to the oversharpening.

Gorgeous BG and set up here. Love the action/behavior. Looks oversharpened in places as already mentioned. Like the sense of motion.

    Hey Joe,
Great timing.....some issues mentioned but an easy fix. Good problem to have with that many images!

Great action captured, Joe. Well titled. I like the comp and colors. Other issues noted.
