This is a wonderful capture of an awesome bird. Great BG. I would have loved for the near wing to be in the "up" position thus giving the near wing better light as well. Nice and sharp. The eye looks great.
Some may not like the horizon line intersecting with the head.
Did you increase the exposure in PP? I am asking because the grasses seem a bit noisy ( have a ground glass appearance),

    Hi Vivaldo:

Interesting bird you have here, and quite large. You have a nice flight pose with a clean BG and FG. In a perfect world, which the bird weren't intersecting with the horizon. That could only have been avoided by shooting from a lower position and placing the bird againt the sky, but only if you could have anticipated the flight pattern.

Have not seen too many BIF images of this bird, superb capture Vivlado.... You did very under the harsh lighting conditions.

Thanks everyone for comments Gail should have used some NR on background, not sure where I went wrong but the image was properly exposed.

    Hey Vivaldo,
I love these birds! If you had gotten this with the down wing.....would have been off the charts! Still well done given the light!

Vivaldo, always like the BGs in your image. we dont get to see many flight shot of this beautiful bird. with wings down, this would have been a stunner....exp. because of the high sun angle. As-is, it is excellent as well.
