    Maureen, what a grand old guy! I love the Fractalius on this and the blues and earths tones. His (or her) right leg looks like it has scallop shells on it which I think is very cool

    Hi Maureen. Strong composition; good application of Fractalius..and I like the color tones but they may be a bit overpowering...I'm wondering if applying a hue/saturation layer and toning the saturation down just a bit...in the reds/browns...might help. Not sure....I'd have to see it...and it's more a matter of personal taste and vision. I love the flow of leading lines and curves weaving in and out of the image, with so many great "resting" points for your eye...the claws in the foot, the patterns in the shell, the curve in the folds of the skin of the neck, the eye of the tortoise...good stuff! Well done!

    Hi Maureen, very nice fract worked on this old tortoise. I love how fractalius saturated the image.

    I like how the textures vary, and aren't all the same. Great detail and definition. Another really great use of the filter.
