    Sanjeev:

    Your image shows off his impressive bill and white chest well. The sun angle however cast much of the body and tail, plus the eye, into shadow. This would be a great place to use fill flash to open up those shadows.

    The background is a bit distracting, because of its high contrast nature, esp. the sticks right behind the head.

    If the IQ will tolerate it, I would do some cropping to prune away some of the sticks . Specifically, I would crop in from the right to eliminate the large stick in RUC, up a bit from the bottom and some from the left to get rid of that cluster of stickers, LLC.
