    Default Soft Clematis

Taken indoors with 105mm macro, handheld, natural light.
Processed in Elements 10: levels, desaturate, contrast, Viveza, applied 2 textures by hey amy and Pixel Post, applying them several times, rotating, adjusting the saturation, different blend modes.
    C & C always appreciated.

Yousa, that's a beauty Anita! I love the color palette you chose and part of me likes it exactly as is and another part wonders if the middle stamen were a tiny bit crisper if I'd like it even more. Hmm...not sure. I also find myself wondering what this would look like as a dress print.

Yes, I'd love a skirt made of this fabric. :-) I was using v. shallow dof. I'll see if one of my other images has the center more in focus. THANKS!!

Anita, this is gorgeous!! I like it just the way it is - the desaturated colors, the textures, the lighting. Really nice work

This is lovely, Anita. The pastel colors and the soft focus work wonderfully together.

Beautiful image, Anita; +1 on the comment about bringing back some sharpness/detail to the center stamens; wonderful choice of texture and nice job of processing. I wonder if adjusting the green of the stem a bit...bringing the green tone a little more in line with the background tone but still maintaining some green hue..might help. Not sure. I might have to search out some clematis on my next outing...nicely done!
