    Ali:

    The colors work well together, good display of prey item, smooth BG.

    In a perfect world, would prefer him turned a bit more towards us, which is more engaging to the viewer.

    For personal taste, I might tone down the grasses behind the rump just a bit, and consider a small crop from top and right.

    Hi Ali. Good suggestions above by Randy. I would also add that the exposure looks a little dark, and I think the bird could stand some additional sharpening.
